CG operator

The CG operator facilitates the management of CG pods.

The CG operator follows the operator patten of Kubernetes. It lets the user define CG custom resource instead of creating CG pods and related Kubernetes resources. A CG custom resource provides a higher abstraction than a CG pod and enables more convenient CG operation.
